From Suffolk --On Friday last six or eight of the enemy's gunboats came up the Nansemond river to Suffolk, where they remained until Saturday. Many of their men went ashore and perambulated the town, but gave no reason for their visit. On the return of the boats a gang went ashore near the residence of Mrs. Jeremiah Pinner and killed and carried off hogs and poultry to the value of $1,000.
