Died of his Injuries. --David H. Bivens, conductor on the Fredericksburg railroad, who was shot in the hand at Milford depot about three weeks since by James Scott, of that place, died from the effects of the wound inflicted at five o'clock yesterday morning, at the officer's hospital (city alms- house).
