--The Indiana Legislature adjourned on the 1st inst. The Senate, on that day, passed a series of resolutions by an unanimous vote, requesting the United States Senate not to permit the Hon. Jesse D. Bright to occupy his seat in their body, as they allege he is not a resident of the State.--The House refused to pass the resolutions.
