300 dollars reward. --Runaway from the subscriber on the 28th of December last, a negro woman, named Sarah. Said negro is stout built, of ginger bread color, about 22 years of age, and will probably weigh 150 pounds. She is possibly making an effort to escape to the Yankees; or it may be that she is lurking about the city and attempting to pass as free. From the Rapidan. Orange C. H., Jan. 7. --The 4th Virginia cavalry surprised an infantry picket of the enemy near Eldorado, Culpeper county, on Tuesday last, capturing three of them. A large number of the three years men in the Yankee army are re-enlisting for the war, receiving in every instance the large bounty and thirty five days furlough. The enemy will preserve their old organisation in fact. Weather bitterly cold — the thermometer being eight degrees above hero.
