1. An historical writer, who wrote an account of Phoenicia in the Phoenician language, which was translated into Greek by a man named Ἄσιτος, or Λαῖτος. (Tatian. Orat. ad Gent. 58; Euseb. Praep. Evang. x. p. 289.)
