Board of Exemption.

--We are requested to say that the Board of Exemption will meet today at the City Hall, at 11 o'clock, and be in session for several hours. The lame, halt, and blind not yet exempted, and those not so who can parade for the occasion an extra ache pain, or physical debility, are requested to be on hand. It is uncertain when the board will sit again. We are pleased to know from our daily observations that many diseased, maimed, and crippled fellow-citizens, who first sought the protection of the board, have been miraculously restored to health after being operated on by it. Let the suffering humanity of Richmond reflect on this notice.
