3 نَادَى عَلَيْهِ ذ [He made proclamation of him] (S, A, Msb) بِا@لْإِِفْلَاسِ (A) or أَنَّهُ أَفْلَس (S) or بِأَنَّهُ صَارَ مُفْلِسًا (Msb) [that he had become bankrupt, or insolvent]. ― -b2- [نَادَى به He proclaimed it; made proclamation of it: a very common signification, but one which I have not found in any Lex.] ― -b3- You say also نَادِى فِى النَّاسِ, meaning تَأَذَّنَ and تقَدَّمَ and أَعْلَمَ. (S in art. اذن. See آذَنَهُ].) ― -b4- وَنُودُوا أَنْ تِلْكُمُ الجَنَّةُ: (Kur vii. 41:) see أَنْ as a contraction of أَنَّ. ― -b5- نَادَاهُ تُرَابُهُ: see نبأته الارض. ― -b6- نَادَاهُ He called him; called to him; summoned him, or hailed him: (S, Msb:) or, (T, M,) and نادى بِهِ, (M,) he called out to him (T, M) with the loudest voice.
