Down of a Telegraph a Superintendent.

--Mr. George W. Rady, Division Superintendent of the Southern Telegraph Company, died at his residence, in this city, yesterday morning. A life of unsullied probity, rare courtesy and gentleness of manners, and a most obliging disposition, had secured to him the universal esteem of the community in which he lived. Though young, he was among the most prominent electrician in the Confederacy, and his loss to the profession will, especially at this time, be a most severe one.
