Locked up.

--Two females, having the appearance of cyprians, who, for some time past, have made it their business to loiter around the Confederate States Military Prison, on Cary street, making signs to the inmates, smiling, bowing, smirking, &c., were taken up yesterday evening, by the guard, while passing the prison and performing their accustomed round of duty. It is said that a note was dropped from a window, for them to pickup. By order of Lieut. Turner, commanding the post, they were conducted to the interior of Libby's building and fastened up for the night, to commune with their own thoughts.
