Hustings Court.

--Mrs. Caroline Isaacs, charged with receiving $7,000 worth of goods stolen from Chiles & Chenery, knowing the same to have been stolen, was tried and acquitted.

John Jones, indicted for feloniously stealing goods at the riot on the 2d of April, was tried and acquitted. Judge Lyons then remanded him to the Mayor to be examined for participating in the riot.

The trial of Jesse White, indicted for murder, was postponed till September.
