Another Arrival.

--The British steamer Alice, formerly the Mategords, arrived at a Confederate port last Thursday morning, from Havana. She brought 50,000 pounds of powder, 26,000 pounds of saltpetre, and an assorted cargo. She passed she blockaders without the slightest difficulty.
