Bound Oner.

--Misses Lucy Ann and Martha Melion were arraigned before the acting Mayor yesterday, charged with having obtained a house belonging to Charles Welsh under false pretences, and using abusive and threatening language to him when desired to vacate. The complainant also desired to have John Jaiser, (Lucy's paramour,) and another man claiming to be her brother, bound over to keep the peace, for taking sides with the Misses Morton and threatening an assault upon his person. Alderman Sanxay required the young women to give security in the sum of $150 each to be of good behavior for twelve months, but failed to notice the charge against Jaiser and the other man.
