Dispatches from Abroad.

Dispatches from our Commissioner in England arrived in this city yesterday. They were brought by Lieut. Davis, late of the British army. Lieut. D. was on board a British schooner, which sprung a leak off the South Carolina shore, and the bearer of his dispatches and his companions were forced to take a small boat, and landed at Bull Island. Thence they went to Charleston and came on to Richmond.
