The enemy in the river.

The two Yankee gunboats which came up James river Wednesday, went down again. Thursday to City Point, where they now lie with the rest of the fleet. Our pickets are now within three miles of Portsmouth, Va.--Nearly all the troops have been removed from Fortress Monroe, Norfolk, and Old Point — About 15,000 negroes are now in Portsmouth.
