ἀμυνάθω = ἀμύνω. the forms assigned to this verb belong to an aor2, ἠμύναθον, hence the irregular infinitive and imperative (cf. ἐργαθεῖν, σχέθω): the inf. therefore is ἀμυ_ναθεῖν not ἀμυ_νάθειν, while the imperative is ἀμυ_ναθοῦ, not ἀμυ_νάθου.
