Alcibi'ades
(
Ἀλκιβιάδης), a Spartan exile, was restored to his country about B. C. 184, by the Achaeans, but was ungrateful enough to go as ambassador from Sparta to Rome, in order to accuse Philopoemen and the Achaeans. (
