Anthes

Ἄνθης), probably only another form of Anthas. It occurs in Stephanus Byzantius, who calls him the founder of Anthane in Laconia ; anti in Plutarch (Quaest. Gr. 19) who says, that the island of Calauria was originally called, after him, Anthedonia.
