De Constructione Partium Orationis

He wrote De Constructione Partium Orationis s. Methodus de Orationis Constructione, extant in MS. in Milan, and in the Escurial libraries, which is probably the same as Περὶ συντάξεως τῶν ῥημάτων, ascribed to Georgius Lecapenus.

Editions

It was published under the name of Lecapenus, together with Theodoras Gaza at Florence, 1515, 1520, 8vo.; with others, ibid. 1526, 8vo.; and in Grammatici Graec. Venice, 1525, 8vo. (Fabric. Bibl. Graec. vol. vi. p. 133.)

William Smith. A Dictionary of Greek and Roman biography and mythology. London. John Murray: printed by Spottiswoode and Co., New-Street Square and Parliament Street. In the article on Soranus, we find: "at this present time (1848)" and this date seems to reflect the dates of works cited. 1873 - probably the printing date.
