Po'llio, A'nnius

was accused of treason (majestas) towards the end of the reign of Tiberius, but was not brought to trial. He was subsequently one of Nero's intimate friends, but was notwithstanding accused of taking part in Piso's conspiracy against that emperor in A. D. 63, and was in consequence banished. His wife's name was Servilia. (Tac. Ann. 6.9, 15.56, 71, 16.30.)
