Going North.

--The following named Federal officers, who have been held here as prisoners of war, will leave here this morning for Fortress Monroe, under the conditions and system of exchange lately inauguarated: Adjutant C. L. Pierson, 20th Massachusetts; Second Lieutenant Parks, 4th Michigan; Dr. Wm. B. Fletcher, 6th Indiana; Lieut. Wm. Booth, 2d Wisconsin; and Second Lieut. C. M. Hooper, 1st California.
