Caught.

--The Provost Marshal's guard succeeded on Wednesday evening in apprehending, on Cary street, Geo. W. Nelson, one of the men who escaped at noon on that day from the city jail. He was returned to his old quarters. When found Nelson presented evidence of having been in the enjoyment of familiar intercourse with a quantity of corn whiskey. The prisoner above is charged by an Alabama soldier with robbing him on Franklin street, near Bradford's restaurant, some four weeks ago.
