Fire.

--The alarm of fire yesterday at 12 o'clock was caused by the burning of a wooden house a short distance this side of Victor's mill, Adams's Valley, near the upper workshops of the Virginia Central Railroad Company, whose property it was. It was tenanted by Mr. Tyler, an employee of the road, who, together with his family, were absent when the fire broke out. The house, and furniture contained in it, were entirely consumed.
