Enlistment for city Defense.

--The following regulation was passed by the City Council of Atlanta:

Resolved, That in the event of the refusal on the part of any resident to cheerfully enroll his name for the protection of our wives, our children, and our homes, the names of all such be published conspicuously in such of the daily papers of the city, that those may be distinctly knows who refuse to embark in such a holy cause; and that such other action be taken in the promises as may be deemed prudent and safe for the of the city.
