--James B. Macauly, a citizen of Henrico county, was arrested by some of our cavalry yesterday in the neighborhood of Deep Bottom, on the charge of being a suspicious character. --Among the offences which it is alleged he has committed is that of pointing out the locality in which our troops have placed torpedoes. He was committed to Castle Thunder, there to await a Court Martial, which is to convene in his case.
