Mary Miller, summoned to answer the charge of using threatening and abusive language towards
Carrie Bentley, was declared forfeited, and another subpœns was issued for her appearance this morning; Porteaux, a slave of
John Priddy, was ordered to be whipped for stealing flour and bread and going at large;
James Hickman, slave of John Clash, charged with selling liquor without a license, was also ordered to be whipped.
