Σκυλάκη) or Scylaceïon. An ancient city on the coast of Mysia Minor, at the foot of Mount Olympus, said to have been founded by the Pelasgians; and Herodotus (i. 57) speaks of the peculiar dialect spoken here in his time as “Pelasgian.” See Pelasgi.
