No blockade at Savannah.

Savannah, May 23.
--The Spanish Consul has just returned from a trip outside Tybee.--No blockading vessel was in sight. He spoke a pilot-boat sixteen miles outside, and the private British yacht Camilla. These confirmed the statement that there was no existing blockade. The Spanish Consul will, therefore, return immediately to Charleston.
