--C. S. Commissioner Watson had before him yesterday two parties charged with treason. North Hickson, for trading with the Yankees, was acquired. Abraham Doughty, of Prince William county, for trading with the Yankees, harboring a Confider to deserter, and having loyal Southern citizens arrested and imprisoned, was sent on for trial before Judge Halyburton.
