Marriages for 1863.

--From the 1st of January, 1863, to the 1st of February, 1864, two hundred and seventy-five marriage licenses were issued by the Clerk of the Hustings Court--a statement proving that though numbers may be disinclined to obey their country's call to arms, yet fear not to rush into the arms of Cupid. Two hundred and seventy-five persons married, and bread at one dollar a loaf, milk hardly to be procured at any price ! Ye Gods, what times we live in !
