Richmond Circuit Court.

--Before Judge Meredith, on Thursday, the habeas corpus case of F. W. Schultz, of Henrico county, a minor, was taken up, when it appearing that he was not liable to conscription, the Judge discharged him.

The case of Chastain W. Taylor, President of the Council at Ashland, Hanover county, and as such claiming exemption under the State law, was argued on both sides, and Saturday next designated as the time for rendering a decision.

Lewis Goldsmith's habeas corpus case was postponed until the 23d instant.

The court will sit again this morning.
