On the morning of the 5th, Commander Hewett, of her Britannic Majesty's sloop-of-war Rinaldo, called upon General Butltleman, and thereby placed himself on a par with those guilty of such acts. Capt. Hewett said that Mr. Coppell had told him that he had no intention of conveying inse, and he thought Mr. Coppell would be willing to withdraw the expressions. Capt.
