Vallandigham meetings in New York --In several counties in New York indignation meetings have been held to protest against the arrest of Hon. C. L. Vallandigham. In Utica, Oneida county, about 3,000 persons were present, including some returned soldiers, who evinced their approval of the course of the proceedings by loud applause: Hon. Chas. S.
