1. The State of Tennessee has been invaded by an enemy that threatens the destruction of the rights and liberties of her people — to meet anda.
9. Lucius J. Polk, of the county of Maury, is appointed Acting Brigadier-General for the Twenty-fourth brigade of Tennessee militia.
10. As rapidly as it can be done after proper arrangements are made, as ordered herein, the forces hereby cour commands.
