Latest from Columbus, Ky.--more troops for Feliciana — Federal Movements at Cairo, &c. The Memphis Avalanche, of the 14th instants learns from a gentleman who left Columbus at 9 o'clock on Thursday night, that there was great commotion and expectation outside of official quarters there on Thursday.
