Maria, of dark black complexion, above the usual height for a female, with a scar on the forehead, also one on the right or left jaw, upper lie not covering the two front teeth, slow to reply when first spoken to, Marish ran away on the 16th March last, probably she is in the neighborhood of Petersburg, Va. 2d. Archer, of a dark copper color, five feet ten or eleven inches high, of a bony frame, thin visage, prominent features, small hazel not eyes, with a foot of a singular shape the second ice being much longer than the first; speaks quickly when spoken to. 3d. Ben five feet one or two inches high slick black complexion, smooth features, round small head, knock-kneed right leg has been broken half way between the knee and hip; he also speaks quickly. Said boy is a mulatto, about 18 years of age, weighing about 120 pounds, and is about 5 feet 4 inches high. He is supposed to be making his way to the enemy, on the Pamunkey river.
