Running the Blockade.
--Martha Hobson, a woman of color, and wife of Hobson the barber, was before the Mayor yesterday, to answer the charge of having returned to this Commonwealth after having voluntarily visited Boston.
Martha stated to officer Moore that she left here last summer, went North, remained there eight months, and then returned to Richmond.
She was held to bail by the Mayor to answer an indictment at the next Grand Jury term of the Hustings Court.
If convicted, the law will compel the accused to enter into bond and security to leave the State, never again to return.

--The Rebel has received Nashville and Louisville files of the 17th inst.
Vallandigham arrived at the Clinton House, Canada, at 4 A. M. on the 15th.
Cincinnati, July 15--Morgan has reached Georgetown, Brown county.
He is hemmed in and his chances of escape are slight.
The gunboats and a large force went up the river yesterday to dispute his crossing.
The river is too high to ford.
The city will be relieved of martial law to morrow.
The track and bridges damaged on the Ohio and Mississippi Railroad have been repaired.
Morgan was last heard from this afternoon, six miles from Hillsboro', Highland county.
Cincinnati, July 16th.--Morgan's advance was at West Union, Adams county, ten miles from the river, at midnight. His scouts approached Maysville this morning, and were repulsed by the gunboats at Pikesville, to day. Our forces are close behind him.
