A.certainly not, where Verb in imper. or opt. must be supplied from the context, μὴ λεγέτω τὸ ὄνομα . . Answ. μὴ γάρ [λεγέτω] Pl.Tht.177e, cf. Sph.255b: not in a reply, μὴ γὰρ δὴ δίναν γ᾽ Εὐρώτα (sc. ἔλθοιμι) E.Tr.210 (lyr.): in parenthesis, where it may be translated much less (cf. μὴ ὅτι), Aeschin.2.158; “μὴ γὰρ τῆς πόλεώς γε μηδ᾽ ἐμοῦD.18.200.
