A.“ποτῴκειν” AP6.353 (Noss.), part. fem. ποτεοικεῖα prob. in Myia Ep.:—Pass. form of pf., “προσήϊξαι” E.Alc.1063:—to be like, resemble, “λέοντι” E.Ba. l.c., cf. Pl.Prt.331d; “γεράνῳ” Cratin.5; π. ταῖς ἑταίραις τὸν τρόπον in habits, Ar.l.c.; “σοὶ τὴν σιμότητα” Pl.Tht.143e; “π. κατὰ τὸ χρῶμα ἱέρακι” Arist.HA563b22; “ἑορτὴν εἰς τὰ πολλὰ καθαρμῷ -εοικυῖαν” Plu.Num.19.
