--The House of Representatives of Pennsylvania has voted, out of the State Treasury, $30,000 towards the relief of Kansas, being a sum three times larger than was asked. A proposition, that each member of the Legislature should contribute himself the sum of $10 towards the same object, was not received, being declared out of order.
