Allegheny for secession.

The Southern area are beginning to burn brightly on the Western mountains. The Covington Times, (as able and spirited Secession paper,) contains the proceedings of a large number of the citizens of Allegheny county, which passed resolutions by a large majority in favor of immediate secession, and by a unanimous vote, pledging themselves to ‘ "resist to the death,"’ any attempt to coerce the seceded States. Wm. Skeen, Esq., addressed the meeting in a speech replete with ability and true Southern fire. Allegheny, at one time, was almost unanimous for the Northern Union.
