Rejoicing in Norfolk, etc.

Norfolk, April 15.
--One hundred guns were fired here to-day, in honor of the surrender of Fort Sumter. There is great rejoicing, and intense excitement.

An order is said to have been received to fit out the steamer Merrimac immediately, and to tow out all war vessels from the port.

Fifteen hundred dollars have been paid to the Inspector of this port for violation of Virginia inspection laws by three vessels.
