BaltimoreApril 16.

--Flour dull and heavy; Howard street, Ohio and City Mills $5.37. Whest dull; red $1.30 @$1.35, white $1.40@$1.65. Corn steady: mixed 56@58, yellow 60@61, white 62@65 cts. Park buoyant. and 50 cts. higher; sales of mess at $18, rump at $19. Coffee firm at 12@14 cts. Whiskey dull at 17½.

Norfolk,April 16.--Cotton firm, and no change in prices — quoted at 12@12½ for good running lets; strictly prime higher. Corn in fairer demand, and unchanged, offerings large. Naval stores — stock light, and limited demand. Staves quiet, recent quotations barely maintained.

New York,April 16.--First Board — sales of Virginia 6's at 62½ Missouri 6's at 59½ and Tennessee 6's at 66. Second Board — Virginia 6's 57½ Missouri 6's 51: Market unsettled. Flour has declined 6 Wheat declined 1 Corn unchanged. Rice firm--4@4½c.
