"Change of Color."

--Under this head, notice was yesterday made of the substitution of the flag of Virginia for the Stars and Stripes ‘"on the top of the large brick edifice on the northwest corner of Franklin and Governor sts."’ As the writer omitted all mention of the individuality of the parties occupying the building alluded to, we deem it proper to say that our neighbor of the Whig was meant, and that no disrespect was intended by the accidental omission.
