The South Carolina Volunteers.
--The arrival of the officers and men of the 1st Regiment of South Carolina Volunteers has already been noticed, and a list published of the
Staff and Commanding officers.
We are pleased to be able to state that the
South Carolina boys have expressed their approbation of their treatment since their arrival in
Richmond.
If they do not find in every man a brother, then they may take it for granted that he is no true Southerner, and has no
Virginia blood in his veins.
