Alexandria, May 3.--Troops are still pouring into Washington from all quarters of the North and West, and rumors of an attack on Alexandria are rife.

The bridges on the Baltimore and Wilmington Railroad lately destroyed, are being rebuilt.

Major Anderson left Philadelphia for Washington to-day.
