Arkansas Statistics.

--The white population of Arkansas, at the time of taking the census last year, was 324,323, being an increase of 161,520 in the last ten years. In the same time the value of taxable property of the State has increased from $34,935,886 to $142,475,336--more than quadrupled.

Arkansas goes largely by the Ordinance of Secession, which gives her a legal right to more than 1 ,000,000 acres of land, which at an advance of fifty cents per acre, would pay all the indebtedness of the State three times over.
