Guerilla warfare.

The tories in Northwestern Virginia have demonstrated the value of this kind of warfare in the manner in which they manage to annoy our faithful troops. Is is lawful to learn from our enemies, and we must be stupid disciples indeed, if upon our guard, and with equal advantages, we do not practice the same system with equal effect against an invading army. We do not understand that General McClellan, who issued a proclamation threatening the most harborous punishment in men engaged in guerilla warfare has expressed any displacement of the employment of that made of warfare on his own side. When he leads his men on the Virginia sell, he will get some additional ideas a out guerilla fighting.
