Chemical discovery.

--Two German chemists have just discovered two new metals, coesium and rubidium, from the colors of the rays they smit in the spectrum, and the discovery is due to what is called spectral analysis, or the property which certain metallic compounds have been held in a flame intense enough to reduce them to luminous vapors, of emitting certain rays in the spectrum of this flame.
