The Jews increasing.

--It is said that in the year 1850 there were only ten synagogues in the whole land. To day there are over a quarter of a million of Jews and about ninety synagogues, and many similar communities, out of which will soon be organized other synagogues. In the city of New York there are twenty synagogues and thirty thousand Jews.
