An appeal to the South.

We invite attention to the appeal, published this morning, in behalf of the St. Charles Hospital. We need net add a word to what is so well said by the committee. The response will doubtless be prompt and liberal. Our contemporaries throughout the Confederate States will confer a favor, and at the same time essentially aid a benevolent object, by publishing the appeal to their columns.
